Shipping
All orders are charged a non-refundable shipping fee of 25% within Canada and the United States of America. Orders of $100 or more will receive free shipping. Shipping charges do not apply to donations or when you are purchasing a membership.
All orders will be shipped by regular parcel post through Canada Post. Please allow 4 -10 days for delivery.
Returns
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. There will be no refund for shipping charges and The Friends of Pinery Park will not be financially responsible for shipping fees on orders being returned.
